1. Open MS Word and edit your article.
  2. Click Office Button à Publish à Blog

  3. If it is the first time you use Blog feature in MS Word 2007, it will ask you to Register a Blog account, please click Register Later; otherwise, go to Step 4.

  4. Click Manage Accounts.

  5. Click New to add a new account.

  6. Choose Other in Blog dropdownlist, then click Next

  7. Set the following settings with your username and password, then click Picture Options:

  8. Set the Picture provider to My blog provicer.

  9. Click OKs to apply all settings. After that, you will see:

    

  1. You could insert Category or Publish (As draft) in Blog Post Menu
